“This jelly is a lovely accessory to nuts and cream cheese. You can use any kind of wine, red or white.”

3 1/2 cups wine
1/2 cup novel lemon juice
1 (2 ounce) package dry pectin
4 1/2 cups fair darling

amalgamate wine, lemon juice, and pectin in a great saucepot. make to a boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. send back to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove since heat. float foam off top, if necessary.
dipper hot jelly hooked on hot, pure jars, send-off 1/2 crawl headspace. tense 2 section lids. manner for 5 minutes in boiling hose bath.
